Microsoft’s latest Internet Explorer ad is acknowledging the way that most internet-savvy are perceived to feel about the company’s browser. The ad doesn’t tout any new features, aside from the browser’s presence on the Xbox 360 console, offering instead a humourous (and probably honest) take on the way that the internet sees IE.
If nothing else the ad might convince a few users who have migrated elsewhere to pop their heads back in and see what Microsoft has done with the much-maligned Internet Explorer. Or give users a (planned by Microsoft) laugh at Microsoft’s expense.
